Carolyn Vrablic Registered Dental Hygienist
Carolyn launched her career at Pearl Dentistry in 2011 after graduating from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. She feels privileged to be a part of the dedicated and dynamic team at Pearl, and her greatest pleasure at work is spending quality time treating and getting to know her patients.
Originally from Mokena, IL, Carolyn holds a B.S. in Dental Hygiene and is certified in CPR and local anesthesia. She is grateful for a loving and supportive family who enjoy their visits to beautiful Colorado and Pearl Dentistry! Her hobbies include snowboarding, yoga, cooking, and traveling. Carolyn is also an avid runner and has completed a marathon and several half-marathons.
Kellye Reil Dental Hygienist
Kellye brings 22 years of dental hygiene experience to her work with patients at Pearl Dentistry. She enjoys being able to listen to patients’ personal as well as dental needs in a comfortable setting.
Originally from Norman, OK, Kellye has lived in beautiful Colorado since 1986. She earned a B.S. with hygiene degree from the University Of Colorado School Of Dentistry. She was married in 1997, and her hobbies are golfing, running, skiing, biking, swimming and camping.
Vanessa Loya Dental Assistant
Vanessa has been working in dentistry since 2003 and joined our practice in 2015. As a dental assistant, she enjoys helping patients with their oral health. She received her dental training at Pima Medical and has EDDA certification, as well as OSHA training.
Vanessa grew up in the Highlands. She and her husband have three children, and when she isn’t working, she enjoys baseball, camping, and spending time with family and friends. Plus, Vanessa is a great cook!
Laura Ibarra Dental Assistant
Laura has been a dental assistant at Pearl Dentistry since 2014 and has been working in dentistry since 2000. Always happy and laughing, she loves being with her co-workers and treating patients.
Laura is from El Paso, TX, and went to Del Valle High School there. She is certified in CPR and AED. Laura and her husband, Macario, have two children: a daughter who loves crafts and collecting rocks and a son who loves his cats, Shadow and Meadow. When she isn’t working, she enjoys fishing, hiking, Netflix marathons and making yummy home cooked meals. Laura is fluent in Spanish and has a tattoo that her mother doesn’t like so much.
Melissa has been a dental assistant in our office since 2012 and began her career in dentistry in 2004. She always has a smile on her face and loves helping patients feel good about their smiles. Melissa is originally from Denver, went to John F. Kennedy High School in Lakewood, and attended the University of Northern Colorado as well as Pima Medical. Melissa is EDDA certified and has earned certifications in nitrous oxide sedation, CPR, OSHA and x-ray.
Melissa has two sons and is happily engaged. She likes to listen to country music, and her hobbies are camping, hiking, fishing, boating and watching her boys play sports.
Michelle Herrera Patient Relations Coordinator
Michelle joined Pearl Dentistry in 2015 with nearly two decades of experience in dental care. She loves being part of a great team that is passionate about helping people in her hometown community of Denver, CO. She holds certifications in radiography, and expanded functions dental assisting. Michelle keeps her skills and knowledge current with CE courses such as through the Brady Group and other educational opportunities.
Michelle comes from a family of five kids, and has four children of her own: Eli and Ian, as well as twins Ava and Olivia. She loves spending time with friends and family, traveling, crafting, painting, being outdoors, biking, fishing, camping, and snowboarding.
Breanne Johnson Treatment & Financial Coordinator
Breanne entered the dental field in 2000 and very recently joined our team at Pearl Dentistry. She began her dentistry career as a dental assistant, and found professional success in her current role as a treatment and financial coordinator. She loves working with patients to schedule and finance their necessary dental treatments. Breanne studied at Concord Career Institute, and has advanced training from the Thrive Management Institute in practice and team management, treatment follow up, and patient care.
A Colorado native, Breanne loves spending her free time with her son, Brendan, and dog, Frank, as well as volunteering with her church. She additionally enjoys many sports and outdoor activities, including: football, basketball, baseball, biking, snowboarding, boating, and camping. When she has the chance, Breanne enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with friends.
